Competitors should check all race details and courses with the organisers prior to participation.

All competitors take part in events entirely at their own risk. Polygon Direct Ltd shall not be liable for any accidents, injury, loss or damage sustained as a consequence of participation in any event listed on this website.

Any competitor who has any doubts about their fitness or ability to take part in any race, should consult their local G.P. or a suitably qualified health professional before considering participation.

As this is event is raising money for Queenscourt Hospice all entrance fees will be non refundable
